1. Define the Project
Send your product category, drawings or reference images, dimensions, target market and estimated quantity. Add your glaze, logo and packaging requirements.
2. Review Material and Samples
For a recycled project, discuss the current 50% post-consumer content specification and its finished-product weight basis. Review feasibility, components and required documentation before approving a sample.
3. Agree Production and Inspection
Confirm the final specification, artwork, testing plan, packaging and inspection criteria. Sampling schedules, minimum quantities and production lead times are quoted for the project, not assumed from generic website figures.
CUSTOM PROCESS
The customization process is as follows：
Customer provide drawings, which includes shape, size and some necessary instructions. Yongsheng will make custom mould and send pictures to customer for approving.
Send us color chips or pantone code for custom design, or we will recommend available color for customer. Then Yongsheng will make the color on the product.
Example
We provide outline file according the product size, customer create art file and send to us. Yongsheng will print the pattern or logo on the product.
Tell us the request, about the packaging material and then we will choose different packaging for customers.
